Hi there! I'm Chanlie Leavitt, the face behind Paradigm Podcasting.
About
Like so many of us, I have been profoundly impacted by others who have been courageous enough to share their message. My journey didn't start in the podcasting industry; I was once an elementary school teacher! (Podcasts played a role in my decision to leave teaching - but that's a story for another day.)
Back in college, I stumbled upon podcasts, and let's just say, I was hooked. Over the next few years, my favorite podcast hosts became my companions through some pretty tough chapters of life. Their wisdom helped me navigate a whirlwind of experiences - early marriage, my husband's cancer diagnosis, career shifts, living in a foreign country, pursuing education, teaching, departing from my lifelong religion, and personal relationship hurdles... just to name a few.
As I kept tuning in, I found myself being deeply impacted by the messages I was hearing. My favorite podcasters shared everything from relationship advice, to strategies for mindset shifts, health insights, and spiritual wisdom. Gradually, my thought patterns, actions, and eventually, my life's course transformed. In many ways, my paradigm for the way I view the world was completely shifted.
When I stepped into the podcast industry, my eyes were opened to the incredible power of podcasting. It's a force that forges connections and drives impact, especially for leaders with important messages to share. It didn't take me long to recognize my calling - assisting leaders in crafting their paradigm-shifting podcasts, enabling them to make an impact on their audience, much like my favorite podcasts had on me. Thus, Paradigm Podcasting was born. My purpose is to empower leaders like you to share your message, shifting paradigms one episode at a time.
